Bico Technology.

Our Low Melt Fiber (LMF) is engineered with a high-precision Sheath-Core structure. By utilizing a modified co-polyester sheath that melts at lower temperatures while keeping the PET core intact, we achieve perfect thermal bonding without chemical resins.

This advanced bi-component process ensures maximum structural integrity, excellent resilience, and superior shape retention, making it the most sustainable and efficient choice for modern high-end non-woven manufacturing.

High Performance.

Designed for versatility, our fibers are available in specialized 110°C and 180°C melting points. This flexibility allows for seamless integration into various production speeds, ensuring optimal thermal stability and high-speed carding efficiency.
